Refund policy

30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, with all tags and in the original packaging.

How to start a return
Email info@bhluggage.com or call toll-free (866) 632-0494 with your order number. Once approved, we'll email you a prepaid return label and instructions. Items sent back without an approved return request cannot be accepted.

Return shipping
Changed your mind? The cost of the return label is deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged, defective or wrong item? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo – the return is on us, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.

Promotions and bundles
If you return part of an order that received a bundle or promotional discount, your refund will reflect the price actually paid after the discount.

Non-returnable items
Custom or personalized products (such as logo or special-order items), gift cards, and items marked "Final Sale".

Exchanges
Return the item you have and place a new order once the return is approved.
